2017 was set in the fantastic Spiegeltent in Candleriggs Square. The unique dining experience was prepared by Glasgow's top guerrilla chefs and there was also live entertainment, a bar and a nine-hole crazy golf course. Just make sure you snap up a ticket well in advance to avoid disappointment.
To follow Secret Dining, early April saw the Spielgeltent transform into a mouth-watering pop-up dining venue featuring a different restaurant each day and live entertainment to match. Popular spots that featured across this period were Porter and Rye, TASTY by Tony Singh and Red Onion.The foodie marathon concluded at the end of April, with no less than 60 of the city's best restaurantsparticipating in 'Dining in the City' - specially priced menus for lucky diners to take advantage of.
The month-long Glasgow Restaurant Festival is sure to be become one of the most popular food events in Scotland. You'd better book your personal trainer in for May.
